ENGAGE monitors and stewards the implementation of best practices and processes to ensure that quality is embedded in every activity of the project. We measure quality in multiple facets, from material receiving, in process audits (manufacture and testing verifications), corporate (QMS, ITP’s etc.), shipping protection and preservation to the qualifications of the personnel performing the work and all subsequent documentation requirements.
It is ENGAGE’s mandate to manage potential problem areas within the quality systems of project contractors, define solutions and implement corrective measures to ensure a successful project. By taking this proactive approach we solidify our position within the quality management process and minimize (if not eliminate) costly rework, equipment damage and can steward warranty claims from our client to the vendors by properly preserving not only the equipment and materials but the documentation and history as well. The contractor Quality System must comply with the corporate standards of our client and regulatory boards alike.
